If you have lost your debit card, call the bank immediately - Carthage: 217-357-3151, Hamilton: 217-847-3341, or Augusta 217-392-2151. We can tell you where the last transaction was and possibly help you remember where to look. It is important to report it immediately because anyone can use it as a Mastercard. Also, once we 'stop', or in banking terms; 'hot-card' your card, it cannot be reversed.
If it is after banking hours, call 1-800-383-8000 (Shazam). They will take your information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Then please call the bank as soon as possible so we can order you a new card. It will take approximately a week for you to get your new card.
If you need something in the meantime, we can issue you an ATM card immediately.
